We are looking for  a talented and motivated individual to help our team with our multiple projects working on booking systems, research directories and ecommerce platforms. 
The main responsibility consists of working on projects for our existing clients, providing the support required, maintaining and developing each platform to their best performance.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing the site pages and content using the content management system (CMS) Drupal.

  • Architect Drupal solutions by researching and recommending modules; guiding staff in defining taxonomies, content types, permissions and groups.

  • Ensure sites maintain optimum performance and security Designs, builds, and develops websites for clients in Drupal, including adding contributed modules and customising themes.

  • Oversees and upgrades the Drupal infrastructure including internal Drupal sites.

  • Ensure content and branding consistency and compliance throughout the entire platform(s).

  • Ensure that all design elements and templates work within a variety of browser types and screen settings.

  • Support various of our existing Drupal projects and clients.

  • At least 3 years experience with Drupal, especially back-end module development.

  • Experience leading the development and implementation of content management systems, collaborative websites and ecommerce platforms.  

  • Strong PHP Web application development and support experience, including planning for load, QA and database interaction. 

  • Thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL database.

  • Demonstrable experience in full lifecycle website development using Drupal.

  • Thorough understanding of the web and web browsers, their capabilities and limitations.

  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge to technical and non-technical audiences; development of training resources and teaching experience a plus.

  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, as well as strong attention to detail.

  • Good interpersonal skills, and written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Skills

  • We specialize with native Drupal CRM, as a result some experience with Drupal based business applications or commerce sites would be desired.

  • This will be a remote position with requirements to travel occasionally for company events, industry events or occasionally visiting clients.
