DelayCheck™ is the result of close collaboration between Journeycall and FreelyGive. We paired Journeycall’s intimate understanding of the rail industry with our experience with Drupal based business applications and user experience design. The output is a beautifully functional Delay Repay system that is a joy to use for both operator and passenger alike.
ESP Group / Journeycall
When we first met Clinks they had a number of disparate systems spread across multiple sites. They had a website, an online directory, a very basic list of events, a newsletter and a discussion forum. They were looking to consolidate all these systems as much as possible and save staff time from mundane admin, releasing them to focus on their overall mission: supporting the voluntary sector working with people in the criminal justice system and their families.

For us, the most exciting challenge was the most niche. Enders Analysis sell multi-tiered subscriptions to marketing reports. Their enhanced subscription clients receive custom personalised reports through presentations and phone calls. Through a custom extension to our CRM we enabled the ability to track these enhanced activities on a client by client basis. This informed the team how many advances activities the client had received to date and what was pending in their subscription.
